Verified PolicyYou may cancel your order on Opheliago.com before it has been dispatched by the seller. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
1Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before dispatch.
- To cancel, go to 'My Orders' and click 'Cancel Order', or contact support.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
2Cancellation by Seller or Platform
Opheliago.com or the seller may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
3Partial Cancellations
For orders with multiple items, individual items may be cancelled separately if not yet dispatched.
