1Product Standards
- Sellers must list only authentic, legally acquired products.
- Product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate and truthful.
- Counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted goods are not allowed.
- All products must comply with Bangladesh consumer protection laws.
2Order Fulfillment
- Sellers must dispatch orders within the committed processing time (maximum 2 business days).
- Sellers must update order status promptly in the dashboard.
- Failure to fulfill orders repeatedly may result in account suspension.
3Customer Service
Sellers are expected to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours. Poor customer service ratings may affect seller ranking and privileges on the platform.
4Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to divert transactions off-platform.
- Providing false reviews or manipulating ratings.
- Listing the same product multiple times to gain visibility.
- Any form of fraud or misrepresentation.
5Payment & Settlement
Payments are settled to sellers after successful order delivery and the buyer's return window has closed. Opheliago.com deducts the applicable commission before settlement.
