Verified PolicyOpheliago.com offers product exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
1Conditions for Exchange
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Only size, color, or defect-based exchanges are accepted.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability of the desired item.
2Process
To request an exchange, contact opheliago.bd@gmail.com with your order ID and preferred replacement. Our team will guide you through the process. You may be required to return the original item before the replacement is dispatched.
3Shipping for Exchange
If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by the seller, return shipping is covered by Opheliago.com. For exchanges due to customer preference, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
