1Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or order confirmation.
- The item must be in original, undamaged condition.
- Items must be returned with all original accessories and packaging.
- Perishable goods, digital products, and customized items are non-returnable.
- Intimate apparel, undergarments, and hygiene products cannot be returned for health reasons.
2Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
3Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Items not in original condition or with missing parts.
- Products returned after the 3-day window.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
