Shops are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of product listings and descriptions. Govaly does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of products listed by Shops on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
