1Seller Pickup
Our logistics partner will arrange pickup from the seller's registered address within 24 hours of order confirmation, subject to the seller's dispatch readiness.
- Sellers must have the order packaged and ready at the time of pickup.
- Pickup times are typically between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on business days.
- Sellers must notify our team if a pickup needs to be rescheduled.
2Customer Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided at the time of order placement. Customers should ensure the address is correct and reachable. For building deliveries, specific floor/apartment details must be provided.
3Express Delivery
Express same-day or next-day delivery is available in Dhaka for select products. An additional express delivery fee applies.
4Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, customers may be required to sign or provide an OTP for confirmation. This protects against fraudulent delivery claims.
